¿Está mal formulado el principio que mejor se conoce? (Defensa de la formulación aristotélica del principio de contradicción frente a la crítica de Kant)

In his Critique of Pure Reason Kant proposes two objections against the Aristotelian formulation of the principle of contradiction: “It is impossible that something
should simultaneously both be and not be”. This formulation, Kant thinks, superfluously introduces the apodictic certainty and, above all, limits the principle with a temporal restriction. In this paper these two objections are expounded and critically evaluated. The result of this examination is that Kant’s criticism rests on serious misunderstandings and, therefore, it has no validity.
