Abstract
This paper aims at examining the "three-times sophism", so called by the author, a sophism in order to reject the independent or conjunct origin of two terms into a relation of dependency, thereby, demonstrating their inexistence. This sophism is compared on three Old Indian and Greek texts about the issue of its use and origin.
